Megyn Kelly wants fans to \u201cboycott\u201d Taylor Swift after the singer attended a Gaza fundraising event<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

with her close pal Selena Gomez amid the Israel\u2013Hamas war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The political commentator bashed Swift for going to comedian Ramy Youssef\u2019s show in Brooklyn on Dec. 8 \u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n

which donated all proceeds to American Near East Refugee Aid (Anera) \u2014\u00a0on her eponymous SiriusXM show\u00a0Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kelly, 53, noted that Jerusalem-based organization NGO Monitor describes Anera as \u201c\u2018highly political,\u2019 presenting a \u2018highly biased view\u2019 of the Israel\u2013Palestine war, \u2018ignoring any Palestinian responsibility for hardship and contributing to the demonization of Israel.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThat is the group Taylor Swift thought it might be fun to help raise money for, attend the fundraiser for,\u201d the journalist continued, \u201cand she owes Israelis and Jewish Americans an apology.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kelly even went so far as to share her hope that Swifties will \u201cboycott\u201d the \u201cCruel Summer\u201d singer\u2019s events \u201cuntil she issues\u201d a mea culpa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAttending this thing was wrong. It was wrong. Do some Googling. See what they do in Gaza to gays. See about women\u2019s rights in Gaza, Taylor,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOtherwise, do this when it comes to talking about those issues again,\u201d the former Fox News host concluded while motioning her hand to tell Swift to keep her mouth shut. \u201cYou clearly know nothing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Page Six has reached out to Swift\u2019s rep for comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anera\u2019s website\u00a0insists the nonprofit \u201cdoes not work or even coordinate with\u201d Hamas, which the US Department of State designates as a \u201cterrorist group.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swift \u2014 who has 278 million Instagram followers and was just named Time\u2019s Person of the Year \u2014 has been criticized for staying silent after Hamas\u2019 Oct. 7 terrorist attack on Israeli citizens that left more than 1,200 dead, 240 kidnapped and many \ud835\udc60e\ud835\udc65ually brutalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Grammy winner\u2019s bodyguard even reportedly\u00a0returned to Israel to serve in the\u00a0Israeli Defense\u00a0Forces\u00a0amid the conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many fans flocked to social media to react to Swift\u2019s attendance at the charity event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSince October 7th, Taylor Swift has made ZERO mentions of the massacre that occurred in Israel at the hands of Hamas terrorists,\u201d the StopAntisemitism organization tweeted Monday. \u201cHer own bodyguard, who is charged with protecting her life, went to Israel to serve in the IDF. Swift did, however, make the time to attend a Gaza fundraiser Friday evening with Selena Gomez. When will you attend a fundraiser for Israel @taylorswift13?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI can\u2019t believe her I was a full time swiftie, and now it\u2019s gone. All my respect. So sad she has lost me as a fan,\u201d a\u00a0Twitter user responded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNot to mention that one of the massacre victims that was considered kidnapped for over a month was a Swiftie, and many fans and even Israel\u2019s account reached out to @taylorswift13 for help and she totally ignored them!!!\u201d a third tweeter noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Social media influencer Lindsay Pinchuk also slammed Swift\u2019s presence at the fundraiser, saying in a viral video on Instagram, \u201cWhen a celebrity this big makes a statement like this, the flames are fanned for more hate and antisemitism for Jewish people.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Others, however, argued that Swift, 34, was entitled to help Palestinians suffering during the war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
