Jennifer Aniston is an American actress that rose to international fame for her role as Rachel Green in the hit series \u201cFriends.\u201d Born to two actors, John and Nancy, she came to acting early in life. While attending a Waldorf school, Aniston fell in love with acting at age 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She later enrolled at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in Manhattan. After high school, Aniston worked part-time jobs like waitressing and telemarketing to support herself while she performed in off-Broadway productions. She later moved to Los Angeles, California, where she soon hit fame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before too long, Aniston landed her most famous role on the hit television series \u201cFriends,\u201d which aired from 1994 to 2004. She won a Primetime Emmy Award for her iconic role, as well as a Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award. Her character was extremely popular and is considered one of the best female roles in television history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aniston has also starred in a number of films and is one of Hollywood\u2019s highest-paid actresses. Films that star Aniston in a leading role have grossed over $1.6 billion worldwide, while 12 of those films earned over $100 million. Her most popular film roles were in \u201cBruce Almighty,\u201d \u201cThe Break-Up,\u201d \u201cHorrible Bosses\u201d and \u201cWe\u2019re the Millers.\u201d Recently, she starred in the Apple TV series, \u201cThe Morning Show.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The star spoke about being a role model for young women who look up to celebrities, and one should not set a bad example by implying that getting married and having children is necessary for happiness in life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aniston continued: \u201cWe get to decide for ourselves what is beautiful when it comes to our bodies. That decision is ours and ours alone. Let\u2019s make that decision for ourselves and for the young women in this world who look to us as examples. We don\u2019t need to be married or mothers to be complete. We get to determine our own \u2018happily ever after\u2019 for ourselves.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making her own happiness, Aniston has kept her health at the forefront of her life. In August 2022, the actress\u2019s hair stylist, Chris McMillan, shared beautiful pictures of Aniston in a white bikini that showed how amazing the actress looks for her age. Posting the black and white pictures to his Instagram, the photos received well over 17,000 impressions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the two photos, Aniston is beautiful, playful and silly as she showed off her amazing figure. The star actress flashed a gorgeous smile as she played around in her hair stylist\u2019s seat. The internet was quick to notice how amazing Aniston looked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One Instagram user commented: \u201cShe\u2019s absolutely perfect??? yeahh stunning girl.\u201d Many other fans and followers couldn\u2019t agree more. \u201cFavorite of all time every time!\u201d another fan commented on the beautiful photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As stunning as Aniston is, the star works hard for her beautiful appearance. In an interview with People, Aniston shared that she doesn\u2019t limit her carbohydrate intake as much as she used to. \u201cI started to give myself a break, allowing yourself to have pasta, a sandwich. Everyone\u2019s very afraid of the bread basket, and I\u2019m no longer afraid. As long as it\u2019s all done in moderation,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aniston continued: \u201cThere\u2019s something my body appreciates about (having carbs), like, \u2018Oh, thank you! Why are you depriving me of things I love?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The actress also explained that she doesn\u2019t typically like eating breakfast. \u201cI kind of naturally do intermittent fasting, just because I\u2019m not a breakfast person,\u201d she says. \u201cI just like a cup of coffee and my collagen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aniston added that she was inspired to start using the supplement as she was getting older. \u201cI was hitting a stage in my life where I wanted to up the health game,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
